  1. Similar to poem 27 At the edge of the world. So many poets write on this magnificent time of day. In most, there are no other people present but the self and yet the magic still resides. But, then, the sharing of a sunset or sunrise is also magical when shared, but different than both of these poets described. I know I have a tremendously bad habit of photography at these sort of times as if i want to keep these moments and share them later with others only to be keenly disappointed that the sharing of a picture is no where near the presence I lost in taking the photo. Shucks.

  2. Do all people share this obsession with the light traveling through the atmosphere during sun rises and sets? I do. I miss that about Africa. I experienced almost every sunset and many rises. Also the moon. I watched many moons rise and fall.

Is it something about watching change or things evolve? Most people agree on the beauty. Like a god or sun is painting something special just for us to appreciate and enjoy.
