This is a small poetry club that started as a poetry email exchange between two friends. Our goal is to read a poem everyday, and this blog is one way to help keep us accountable. Very fun poem. Easy to read and thought provoking.
Some words vs other words: it's funny how the words that don't get you into trouble have the negative connotation. Those boring words that don't make you think, spark new stories, or new ideas.
Some words though, they take you on a ride or flight. That is the true magic of words, language, and writing: how scribbles, letters, and characters on a page or screen can influence us so passionately. I love those rides.
